Return/Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging during 30 days.

4. Are they in original, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition, it was received?
When your return is received at our fulfillment center, it will go through our inspection process to make sure all products are undamaged, unused, and in original, sealed condition. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. During peak seasons such as holidays or sales, please allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes.
Restocking Fee Policy
All items are subject to a 35% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned.
If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Shipping, insurance, additional fees and promotional coupons are not included in the refund amount. Special orders cannot be returned. Salon equipment/furniture is subject to a 35% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE ITEMS or E-Gift Cards.
